Waiting for them to fix this!

I want to love this app. I spent hours loading only 10 products and it crashes, takes forever to simply load a new screen... I dont get why its got stellar reviews when I cant get the back ups to work and I dont even have the "manage account" to pay for the upgrade!! I want this to work.. Please fix this app!
